Tappé teamed with BCWH Architects in Richmond, VA, to complete a master plan of renovations and improved library services to the Waynesboro Public Library. The scope of improvements includes a new stair connecting a lower level internet café space to the rest of adult services, new teens and children’s spaces, and new service desk and entry areas.
